As a Realtor one of the main barriers I have seen when it comes to buying a home is a low credit score. I feel really bad when people call me and are so excited about wanting to buy their own home and then having one of my lenders tell me they can’t purchase now due to low credit scores. One of the main reasons I became a Realtor is to help people achieve that milestone in their life.

DON’T BE DISCOURAGED. With a little discipline and patience, a credit score can sometimes be repaired in a matter of months depending on the person’s situation.
